Highlands at Westbury residents are you looking for a great location to host your next event. The Highlands at Westbury is just the place!

A $250 deposit is required of anyone reserving the clubhouse. All reservations must be made through Wild Iris Recreation Services. The clubhouse will be available for use from 8am to 10pm for each reservation.

Parties shall be invitation only – no open invitations.

Number of persons attending any party shall be limited to a total of 122 guests.

The party host is responsible for the cleanliness of the clubhouse area. It must be cleaned immediately after the party ceases and the facility must be left in the condition in which it was found, or better!

You will be held responsible for the behavior of your guests. All guests must comply with all clubhouse rules.

Clubhouse reservations do not include use of the swimming pool and water park facilities. At no time may party guests be outside on the pool deck.

Clubhouse Reservation Fees:
Security Deposit - $250.00
Rental Fee - $65.00
