The Daniel's Gate Clubhouse with a fireplace, full kitchen, and main gathering area makes for a beautiful location for your next event.

THERE IS NO A/C in the clubhouse. Please plan accordingly!

The clubhouse may be reserved for private parties seven days a week. The swimming pool may also be requested (although its use will not be exclusive!)

The pool season opens at the start of the Memorial Day weekend in May and closes at the end of Labor Day weekend in September. The pool may be kept open longer in September at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Pool gates are to be locked at all times so that only those who have been issued gate codes may enter. Climbing the pool fence to gain entry IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS and is violation of the rules. Violators will have their pool privileges revoked and are subject to being fined and prosecuted.

 




Who needs to get
Pool ID's?

Anyone wishing to use the pool facility will need to have a photo ID card. These photo proximity ID cards are available to any resident 12 years of age or older who wishes to visit the pool by him/herself. Photo ID cards are good for five years as long as you are a current resident in good standing and current with Association dues.
